How to Request Deletion
Until in-app deletion is available, users may email support@moribundofficial.com from the address connected to the account with the subject “Account Deletion Request.”
Verification
Moribund may request reasonable verification before deleting an account to prevent unauthorized deletion.
What May Be Deleted
Account credentials, profile details, saved preferences, and associated personal data may be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal and technical limitations.
What May Be Retained
Limited records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, payment disputes, or enforcement of rights.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account may not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Users should cancel through the original billing platform.
Processing Time
Deletion requests will be handled within a reasonable period and within any deadline required by applicable law.
