Official stories, lore, characters, art, records, branding, symbols, software, and app materials may not be reproduced or sold without written authorization.
User Submissions
Users may only submit content they own or have permission to use. Submission does not transfer ownership, but grants Moribund a limited license to store, display, moderate, and operate the service.
Fan Content
Noncommercial fan creations may be tolerated under future fan-content rules, but they may not imply official endorsement, use Moribund trademarks deceptively, or compete with official products.
Infringement Reports
Rights holders may report suspected infringement to business@moribundofficial.com with identification of the work, the disputed material, contact information, and a good-faith statement.
Repeat Violations
Accounts repeatedly involved in infringement may be restricted or terminated.
