By accessing Moribund services, users agree to these terms and incorporated policies.
Eligibility and Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and remain responsible for activity under their accounts. Additional age requirements may apply to paid or community features.
Service Changes
Moribund is under active development. Features, prices, content, and availability may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.
Intellectual Property
Moribund branding, lore, stories, characters, art, records, software, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Moribund and may not be copied, sold, redistributed, or commercially exploited without permission.
User Content
Users retain ownership of original content they submit, but grant Moribund the limited rights needed to host, display, moderate, and operate the service. Users must have the necessary rights to anything they submit.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not violate laws, harass others, impersonate people, attack systems, bypass restrictions, scrape protected content, distribute malware, or infringe intellectual property rights.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid access may renew automatically unless canceled. Billing, refunds, and subscription management may be handled by Apple, Google, Stripe, or other payment providers.
Suspension and Termination
Accounts or access may be restricted or terminated for policy violations, security risks, legal requirements, or misuse of the service.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moribund is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
